HouseWorx began with my father—and his lifelong love for homes.

For over 30 years, he’s worked with his hands, his heart, and an unwavering belief in doing things the right way. To him, every home has a story, and every project deserves care, patience, and pride.

He’s always said:
“With enough time we can figure out any problem.”

That philosophy shaped everything he built not just houses, but trust. Long days, old homes, problem-solving on the fly, and a deep respect for craftsmanship became his legacy.

Now, he’s passing the torch and HouseWorx continues with the same values: honesty, experience, and a genuine love for the work. Because building and remodeling homes isn’t just what we do - it’s who we are.

Growing up with a father I deeply admired made it almost inevitable that I would follow in his footsteps.

From a young age, my parents brought us along to look at houses for sale. My father would take me with him as his helper, and somewhere along the way I learned to see homes differently. Where others saw walls and rooms, we saw possibility. I’ve always loved walking through a space and imagining how it could work better how it could become more functional, more livable, more right.

That way of thinking is where the name HouseWorx comes from. It’s not just about building or remodeling—it’s about making your house work for you, your life, and the way you live in it every day.

I’ve joked with my father that it’s both a blessing and a curse. I’m never not working on something around the house. But that’s the gift he gave me: an eye for detail, a respect for craftsmanship, and the belief that the small things truly matter.
